Michael DiStefano joined Heartland in 2004 and has more than 18 years experience in the financial services industry. Michael works with gatekeepers and financial intermediaries to help them expand the depth of their investments offerings and to assist them with meeting institutional mandates. Additionally, he works with financial intermediaries to support them in meeting client long-term goals with the utilization of Heartland’s world-class investment offerings.
Michael works with some of the world’s largest and most respected financial institutions in distributing Heartland’s investment strategies in both the U.S. and Europe. Additionally, Michael works with the investment team to research undervalued stocks driven by Heartland’s 10 Principles of Value Investing™.
Prior to joining Heartland, Mike worked in various banking and investment positions including a ten-year tenure with Wachovia Bank/Securities. He earned a B.S. degree in Economics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
